Director
Deva
Katta's
much-hyped
Telugu
movie
Autonagar
Surya
has
already
been
delayed
for
a
long
time
due
to
financial
problems.
The
makers
completed
its
production
and
planned
to
release
it
on
June
27.
But
the
producers
feared
that
its
release
would
be
further
deferred
after
a
Guntur-based
businessman
filed
a
case
against
them.
However,
the
court
has
reportedly
not
issued
any
stay
order
on
its
release.
Autonagar
Surya
was
initially
produced
by
YVS
Choudhary.
But
he
faced
lot
of
credit
crunch
during
its
production,
which
was
halted
a
few
times
due
to
financial
issues.
However,
RR
Movie
Makers
bailed
him
out
of
all
problems
by
investing
a
lot
of
money
on
this
project
and
got
its
entire
production
works
completed.
The
movie
even
cleared
the
formalities
of
the
Censor
Board
and
got
ready
for
a
grand
worldwide
release.
When
the
makers
announced
the
release
date
of
Autonagar
Surya,
it
was
rumoured
that
a
financier
from
Guntur
had
filed
a
petition
against
the
producers
after
they
failed
to
repay
the
loan
of
Rs
2
crores
borrowed
from
him
during
its
production.
But
the
latest
reports
suggest
that
the
court
has
suggested
the
petitioner
to
get
his
financial
issues
sorted
out
without
affecting
the
release
of
film.
With
the
court
clearing
the
way
for
Autonagar
Surya,
Akkineni
family
fans,
who
have
been
desperately
waiting
for
its
release
from
quiet
a
long
time,
have
breathed
a
sigh
of
relief.
The
movie,
which
is
touted
to
be
a
romantic
action
entertainer
features
Naga
Chaitanya
and
Samantha
in
the
lead
roles.
Its
music
and
promos
have
created
lot
of
curiosity
among
the
film
goers.
We
need
to
wait
to
see
whether
it
will
meet
the
viewers'
expectations
or
not.
