Suman Set To Debut In Bollywood With Akshay Kumar’s Gabbar

Actor Suman is one of the most talented Telugu character artistes and he has reprised various kinds of roles including villain in his career spanning three decades. Now, he is all set to foray into Bollywood. Yes! You heard it right. He will make his debut in Hindi films with Akshay Kumar's Upcoming movie Gabbar.

In a statement to the media Suman himself has confirmed the news that he has been roped into play an important role with grey shades. Talking to the reporters, the actor said, "After seeing Shivaji, Akshay thought I would suit his height and personality to play a negative shaded politician in Gabbar."

Gabbar is a remake of 2002 Tamil action film Ramanna, which has been written and directed by AR Murugadoss. The movie has already been remade in Telugu as Tagore with Chiranjeevi in the lead role. The story is about a physics professor, who forms ACF [Anti Corruption Force] with his former students to take on the corruption in the society. Both Tamil and Telugu versions have been hit at the Box Office.

This Hindi remake is directed by none other than our own Krishnam Vande Jagadguru fame Krish and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan are playing the lead roles. Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood and Sunil Grover will play important supporting roles.
