Yevadu Is The Biggest Opener Of Our Banner: Dil Raju
Producer Dil Raju, who is ecstatic with the response to his Telugu action-thriller Yevadu, said that the film has turned out to be the biggest hit of his banner despite having a delayed release. So far, the producer has produced 16 films including hits like Bommarillu, Dil and Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations.
Dil Raju held a success meet for the movie Yevadu in Hyderabad today (Monday, January 13). Talking to the reporters, the producer said, "Despite being postponed so many times, I'm extremely happy that our film has turned out to be a blockbuster. It has turned out to be the biggest opener of our banner which has so far produced 16 films."
Yevadu, which released in theatres worldwide on Sunday, has reportedly collected Rs 9.03 crores nett at the Andhra Pradesh Box Office on its opening day. Dil Raju added, "I didn't expect the film to do so well after being delayed for months. I think it's a rare blockbuster and I would like to thank the audience for believing in us."
