Aarti Agarwal, the 31-year-old actress's death due to the side effects of liposuction has led to many discussions on the social networking sites about the down side of glitz and glam.

A bit video of the actress coming home post liposuction surgery from the hospital is currently doing rounds on the web world. Aarti was looking very weak in the visuals and was able to walk only with a support.

The actress hoped to make a smashing comeback after the weight loss and said to have promised her close friends in the industry to be coming back from USA with in a surprising avatar.
