Akhil Akkineni has created ripples in the Telugu film industry with his one minute cameo in Akkineni's prestigious film, Manam and one can easily imagine the hype around his debut.

Apparently, director V V Vinayak and producer Nithin are not leaving any stone un-turned to make it a record setting hit. They have already roped in some of the best technicians for the film and are still figuring out on a better choice to shake a leg with Akhil in a hot item number.

According to the sources, V V Vinyak has brought Ileana on board for this sizzling dance number. It is known that the actress is having a tough time in Bollywood to grab opportunities after delivering couple of potboilers.

Hence she is said to be open for Telugu films once again. Looks like, V V Vinayak is turning out to be an expert in getting leading ladies for item numbers. Previously it was Tamannaah for Alludu Seenu and now it is Ileana's tunr.
