Balakrishna Bringing In The Heat

Nandamuri Balakrishna, who is fondly known as Balayya, is very keen on choosing his scripts after his recent blockbuster Legend. Balayya is nearing his 100th film mark and he wants to make those few last films of the century to be memorable.

Besides taking care of the stories and the scripts, he is also showing a special interest in getting proper release for his films. Balakrishna's next release, Lion is gearing up for a March release and it is going to be the first biggie to come for this summer season.

Nandamuri scion is pairing up with Trisha for the first time and it is being directed by a first timer, Satyadev.

According to the sources, film makers of Lion are looking for a release on March 27th and Balakrishna is about to give a nod for it. After Balakrishna making a way for this summer bonanza, there are many more big budgeted movies to follow.

While Anushka's Rudramadevi is the immediate one to come after Lion, Gopichand's Jill is also looking for a date in summer to lock on its release. S S Rajamouli's Baahubali, Allu Arjun's Son of Satyamurthy, Ravi Teja's Kick 2, Mahesh Babu-Koratala Siva's film are also expected to hit screens this summer.

So, it is surely going to be a heated war of stars at the box office. However, we have to wait and watch how many films can make up for a summer release as they are aiming for.
