Bollywood Actor Vivek Oberoi To Play The Baddie In Chiranjeevi's Kaththi Remake?

After we have exclusively revealed the news of Chiranjeevi's comeback film, by getting the actual update from the horse' mouth, some series of speculations on the other details of the film are pouring in from the film circles.

It is confirmed by Ram Charan that the comeback film of Chiranjeevi will be a remake of Kaththi and the project will be helmed by V V Vinayak. Highly placed sources from Tamil industry also added that Lyca Productions, who produced the Tamil version, will co-produce the film in Telugu, along with Ram Charan's Konidela Productions.

Apparently, the little birdies inform us that Bollywood actor Vivek Oberai is likely to play the role of a greedy industrialist, with whom Megastar will lock horns to save his village. This role was originally played by Neil Nithin Mukesh.

Since Vivek had also made a positive image with Rakta Charitra and Krish 3 dubbed version, among Telugu audiences, makers are reportedly considering him to play the antagonist role in the Telugu remake. He was also spotted hanging around with mega heroes during mega60 celebrations. The reports further add that Tamannaah is in talks to play the female lead.

We only have to give it some time and see how far the reports are true as the official announcement from mega compound is expected by the next month.
