Going
by
the
grapevine,
Chiranjeevi
seems
to
have
shelved
the
idea
of
remaking
Kaththi.
But
the
star,
who
is
totally
bowled
by
the
film,
reportedly
wants
the
film
to
be
made
by
any
of
the
mega
heroes.
After
giving
much
thought,
Chiranjeevi
said
to
have
transferred
the
film
to
his
favorite
child,
Varun
Tej.
If
the
sources
are
to
be
believed,
Varun
Tej
will
reprise
the
role
played
by
Vijay
in
Kaththi.
As
we
reported
earlier,
mega
camp
dropped
the
plans
of
Kaththi
remake
after
analyzing
the
result
of
Bruce
Lee
and
has
once
again
fallen
into
the
loop
of
searching
for
a
right
story
for
the
comeback
film.
Since
Chiranjeevi's
cameo
did
not
help
in
changing
Bruce
Lee's
result
in
anyway,
the
star
has
taken
the
comeback
film
as
a
challenging
task
and
is
completely
vesting
his
time
on
scrutinizing
the
scripts.
On
the
other
hand,
V
V
Vinayak,
who
is
in
talks
to
be
the
director
of
150th
film,
is
also
facing
a
lull
period
with
the
mixed
responses
of
his
latest
release,
Akhil.
He
was
bashed
by
the
critics
and
general
audience
for
coming
up
with
outdated
content,
once
again.
So,
both
Chiranjeevi
and
V
V
Vinayak
mutually
decided
to
shelve
the
idea
even
before
making
an
official
announcement.
While
the
wait
continues
for
Megastar's
comeback
film,
let
us
know
your
take
on
Varun
Tej
remaking
Kaththi.
