Comedian Kallu Chidambaram Passes Away

Veteran comedian Kallu Chidambaram has passed away early today at Care hospital in Vishakapatnam. Chidambaram (70) was suffering from breathing ailments since few months and was undergoing treatment at Care.

Kallu Chidambaram, was actually named Kolluru Chidambaram and before making an entry to films, he worked as an employee in Visakhapatnam port.

He became famous as Kallu Chidambaram after his performance in Kallu, which released in 90's. He acted in more than 300 Telugu movies and was popular for his roles in Ammoru, Govinda Govinda, Money and Kallu.

There were many reports in 2012 as well that Chidabaram was dead. But he never tried to condemn them and was away from the limelight.

Later, when he happen to meet some of the media people, Chidambaram conveyed his disappointment over considering him dead and not bothering to clarify.
