Rao,

popular
theater
artist
turned
comedian
breathed
his
last
on
November
2nd.
The
69-year-old
was
being
treated
for
various
illnesses
at
KIMS
in
Hyderabad
for
the
last
one
and
a
half
year
and
passed
away
on
Monday
evening
at
the
hospital.
Kondavalasa
Lakshmana
Rao
was
a
drama
artist
before
entering
in
to
films
and
performed
in
over
1000
plays.
He
was
an
employee
at
Vizag
port.
He
was
noticed
by
director
Vamsi,
who
cast
him
in
Ravi
Teja's
Avunu
Valliddaru
Istapaddaru.
He
shot
to
fame
with
a
single
dialogue
'Aithe
Ok'
and
still
is
remembered
for
it
though
he
has
acted
in
more
than
70
films
later.
He
became
a
popular
comedian
overnight
and
shared
screen
with
almost
all
the
top
stars
in
Tollywood.

Rakhi
and
Sainikudu.
Reportedly,
the
last
movie
he
appeared
was
in
Sri
Vasavi
Kanyaka
Parameswari
Charitra,
which
released
in
2014.
