Dookudu in the combination of Sreenu Vaitla and Mahesh Babu went on to become a blockbuster hit, mainly due its comedy quotient. The concept of reality shows was used effectively to generate a hilarious comedy track. Brahmanandam's seemingly natural innocence made the track a super hit.

According to the industry reports, Sudheer Varma, director of Dochay, has also inspired from Dookudu while penning the script and took a lot of inspiration from its comedy track.

Going by the reliable sources, Naga Chaitanya creates a hoax in the name of reality show just to make use of Brahmi's innocence. Like always, Brahmi believes everything is a part of the show. Thus, the unintentional comedy that is generated would be the main comedy element of Dochay.

Dochay starring Naga Chaitanya and Kriti Sanon has already fetched a great buzz after the release of its songs teasers and stylish posters. The team has been in the news with their interesting promotional activities. If everything goes well, Dochay will hit the screens on April 24.
