Varun Tej has turned 26 years today, Jan 19. Varun Tej is the nephew of Chiranjeevi and son of Nagababu. The actor is celebrating his 26th birthday and he is very happy about the success of his debut movie Mukunda.
Varun Tej's Mukunda was released on Dec 24 worldwide. The romantic-action entertainer starred debutant Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The movie has made good collection at Andhra Pradesh box office, which was 11.5 crore. Mukunda has received positive responses from both audience and the critics.
The cine goers praised Varun Tej's performance, dialogue delivery and dancing skills in Mukunda. Pooja Hegde who paired up with Varun Tej said that, ""I was blown away by Srikanth Addala's narration and he has great clarity about what he wants. That sort of makes our job easy on the sets. I'm glad that I have got a chance to play a different character compared to my role in my debut film and my role is one of the key elements in the film."
If the reports have to be believed, then Varun Tej will be seen in Puri Jagannadh's next! Yes, the actor is lucky enough to grab yet another offer for his second movie from maverick director Puri Jagannadh. Meanwhile, an official confirmation on the same has to be made by the filmmakers. Like a key to the answer, Puri Jagannadh has wished Varun Tej on his facebook page. Isn't this enough to confirm that Varun Tej is his next hero?
