Ram
Charan,
who
was
shaken
by
Bruce
Lee's
debacle,
is
reportedly
taking
additional
care
for
his
next
offering,
which
is
a
remake
of
Tamil
super
hit
Thani
Oruvan.
The
film
revolves
around
a
cop
and
the
challenges
of
his
job
and
director
Surrender
Reddy
will
helm
the
project.
According
to
the
latest
development,
the
film
will
feature
Shruti
Haasan
as
the
female
lead
and
Aravind
Swamy,
who
played
the
antagonist
in
the
original
will
reprise
his
role
in
the
Telugu
version
too.
While
Shruti
Haasan
and
Ram
Charan
already
made
a
striking
pair
in
the
film
Yevadu
earlier,
Aravind
Swamy's
casting
surely
caught
the
attention,
as
it
marks
the
veteran
actor's
comeback
to
Telugu
screens.
Also,
Hiphop
Tamizha,
who
scored
the
tunes
for
the
original,
will
as
well
compose
for
the
Telugu
version.
The
project
is
being
bankrolled
by
Charan's
dearest
uncle
Allu
Aravind
and
another
close
associate
of
Mega
family
N
V
Prasad,
while
Aseem
Mishra,
who
worked
for
Hindi
blockbuster,
Bajrangi
Bhaijaan,
will
handle
the
camera.
Apparently,
the
film
will
go
on
sets
in
the
second
week
of
February
and
the
makers
are
contemplating
to
finish
the
shoot
in
80-90
working
days
and
release
the
film
in
summer
trail.
Meanwhile,
the
script
work
is
going
on
at
a
brisk
pace
and
Ram
Charan
is
keeping
himself
busy
by
juggling
between
the
pre-production
works
of
his
film
and
his
dance
practice
for
IIFA
Utsavam.
As
we
reported
earlier,
Mega
Powerstar
Ram
Charan
will
be
perforimg
at
IIFA
Utsavam,
which
is
going
to
happen
during
4th,
5th
and
6th
December.
Well!
Stay
glued
to
this
space
as
we
ought
to
give
you
more
updates
on
the
further
happenings.
