Rashi Khanna, who made a splashing entry with Oohalu Gusa Gusalade, has now become the proud owner of her dream home. The Delhi beauty was literally living in a suitcase for the past one and a half years and she is happy for finally finding a house of her likes in Hyderabad.

The bubbly actress is soon going to perform a housewarming ceremony, which will be followed by a lavish party to her close friends in the industry at her place. Rashi is rarely spotted at party nights of the industry people. Though she is pretty close to her contemporaries, Rakul, Regina, Sundeep Kishan and Sai Dharam Tej, she rarely joins them for parties.

So, Rashi seems to have decided to call for a party from her side this time. Also, she is in plans to shift her base completely to Hyderabad as it is this land that has given her much to celebrate. The actress reportedly want her parents to stay along with her and that is the main reason behind her sudden fine investment.

On the work front, Rashi is badly waiting for a commercial success to have a long stay in the t-town. Though she kick started with an unexpected huge success, she is yet to taste a hit after that. Apparently, the actress has pinned her hopes high on her next offering, Bengal Tiger, which is slated to release on December 10.
