The legal notice issued by PVP against Shruti Haasan in fact had the address of Kamal Haasan's residence. It is known that she has moved out from Chennai long ago and she is currently staying in Mumbai.

Legally, if the postal department fails to deliver the notice, police has to; then the police should be going in person to deliver it. They shall eventually find out that she lives in Mumbai and again they will have to take permission from Court to go to Mumbai and deliver it.
