50th Anniversary Special: Lesser Known Facts About Super Star Krishna

Super Star Krishna completes 50 long years in the Telugu film industry. His first film Tena Manasulu released on March 31st 1965. He has an enviable fan base and was a major competitor to NTR and ANR during their times. Now, his scion, Mahesh Babu is successfully taking the legacy forward.

Padma Bhushan Super Star Krishna, who has acted in 350 odd films, was actually born as Siva Rama Krishna in a small town called Burripalem, in Andhra Pradesh. He is known for his gutsy attitude and different kind of films.

Krishna was conferred with many honours and he has his peculiar mark in all the films that followed. He is truly an inspiration to all the fresh crop of actors who have come after him.
