JUST IN! Telugu Actor Vinod Kumar Alias Vinod Alva Arrested In Attempt To Murder Case

According to the reports, actor Vinod Kumar alias Vinod Alva has been arrested by the Puttur police early today. He was questioned by the Puttur police in connection with a complaint accusing him of planning a murder on Monday.

The actor, who starred in famous Telugu films like, Police Brothers, Seetharathnamgari Abbayi, Karthavyam etc, allegedly tried to murder Sachhidananda, who takes care of his financial affairs.

In a compliant filed on Monday by Sachhidananda, he quoted saying that, he had been handling matters related to Vinod Alva for the last few years. On March 7, he discontinued from the work and filed a case before the local court seeking remuneration for the services he had rendered.

Failing to pay the amount, Vinod reportedly hatched a plan to murder Sachchidananda and portray it as an accident. Sachchidananda, who escaped the accident with minor injuries, is now accusing Uday Chikkittaya, a close aide of Vinod, of causing the accident at the behest of the actor.

A case has been registered under IPC sections 120 B (Criminal Conspiracy) and 307 (Attempt To Murder) on the actor and Ryshyanth C B, assistant superintendent of police in Puttur is supervising investigation of the case. Further details about the case is yet to be known.
