The Daggubati family, who started off the year on a gloomy note with Ramanaidu's demise, has now got a reason to put back the misery and cherish the year, by the end of it. Rana Daggubati's sister and the only daughter of producer Suresh Babu, Malavika has been blessed with a baby girl yesterday, bringing much joy into the family.

Malavika delivered a baby girl at a private hospital yesterday and Daggubati family are rejoicing the precious moments right now. Venkatesh Daggubati and Suresh are promoted to grand dads while Rana becomes a proud mama. Since the baby is also the first born in the family, in the current generation, Daggubati's are obviously more thrilled.

Malavika Daggubati entered the wedlock with a Bangalore based businessman, Bharath Krishna Rao Potluri, on December 5th, 2012 in a grand ceremony in Hyderabad.

Daggubatis are very close knitted though do not appear together more in front of the shutterbugs. They prefer to lead a very private life and it is almost rare to spot any of the Daggubati family members in the film related functions. Despite being a film family from three generations, they have maintained their personal issues a privy affair.
