Akhil Akkineni Is Not Engaged, But Admits To Have Found His Lady-love!

Just when the industry and gossipmongers are all ears, to hear about an official confirmation about Naga Chaitanya's marriage, a surprising news from the Akkineni compound took over the film circles by a storm.

The reports informed about the younger Akkineni scion, Akhil's engagement with his girlfriend. When a leading daily tried to check the news with the actor, "You've heard I am engaged? Umm... Not yet... I've introduced the girl I'm seeing to my parents," said Akhil.

"She's a family friend. I've known her for a long time. She's very far removed from the public glare, so I'd like to keep her away from the media for as long as I can," he was quoted saying.

"My parents are super chilled-out. But not all families are like mine. So some protocol has to be followed. You see, Telugu families are quite formal about certain things," the 23-year-old further added.

It is learnt both the families are friends from a longtime and the girl wants to stay away from the limelight until everything is officially announced by the parents. That's some great news now. Congrats Akhil!
