Director Kodandarami Reddy Issues An Apology For His De Trop Comments On Chiru 150

In a shocking tete-a-tete with media, Director Kodandarami Reddy stated that Chiranjeevi has made a wrong decision by choosing Kaththi remake as his comeback film, and he has opined that people would consider him as a comedian, if he does a message oriented film, post his political botch.

The director's statement attracted a row for the obvious reasons and it attained much attention, since he is considered quite close to Chiranjeevi.

However, the director issued an apology today, realizing his mistake. He has corrected his statement and added that, he is not a god-man to judge a film's fate, as he has also delivered many flops in his career.

Kodandarami Reddy said that he felt bad after reading his own comments in media. "I don't intend to say it but, has just slid the tongue that night with media. I and Chiranjeevi share a close relation and it is not rightful on my part to judge his decision, since I have also made many debacles."

"I want to correct my mistake and hence being apologetic to Chiranjeevi, director V V Vinayak, producer Ram Charan and all the mega fans for my comments", the yesteryear renowned director was quoted saying, by a leading Telugu daily.
