Nannaku Prematho Day 1 (Opening) Box Office Collections, Area-wise Break Up

Nannaku Prematho, which opened to mixed responses, received wide acclaim from critics. The film was the first release in this year's Pongal race and it marks NTR's 25th film.

It has the highest pressure of proving NTR's box-office stamina as he is lagging behind in terms of collections, when compared to his peers. But, it looks like Nannaku Prematho is finally here to get him out of it. The film collected a share of 13.46 Cr in Telugu states alone, which makes it the third highest collecting film after Baahubali and Srimanthudu on Day 1. Nizam

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 4.17 cr in Nizam. Baahubali holds the record for collecting 6.3 Cr.

Ceeded

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 3.1 Cr in ceeded on its day 1 while Baahubali holds the record for collecting 5.08 Cr.

Guntur

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 1.53 Cr in Guntur and Baahubali stands in the top position for collecting 2.54 Cr.

Vizag

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 1.17 Cr on day 1 while Baahubali is in top position for collecting 1.75 Cr.

Krishna

Nannaku Prematho collected 0.84 Cr share in Krishna and Baahubali is in top place for collecting 1.25 Cr.

Nellore

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 0.50 Cr and Baahubali holds the top place for collecting 0.93 Cr.

East

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 1.17 Cr while the highest being 1.98 Cr.

West

Nannaku Prematho collected a share of 0.98 Cr in West Godavari and the top position remains with Baahubali for collecting 2.57 Cr.

The film is reportedly made with a budget of more than 50 Cr and did a pre-release business of 55 Cr. Nannaku Prematho is expected to do box office wonders, as NTR did not have a 50 Cr film in AP & TG, as yet. Also, since the war is among the Nandamuri heroes, fans are sensitive towards the result of the film this time.

Though a lot of financial problems were reported just before the release, the film had a smooth release and only a few premieres in USA got affected.
