Trisha Krishnan is celebrating her 33rd birthday today and her gang of friends surprised her last night with a birthday party and Trisha called it a 'not so surprised' birthday party, since this has been an usual thing from years now.

On the work front, the actress, who is around since more than a decade, is still managing to grab decent offers. But, she has of late become very choosy in selecting scripts.

This year so far has been amazing for Trisha, though she did not have any releases, the Chennai Ponnu has started doing something she had never done before in her career. Trisha will be seen in a women oriented film Nayaki, which is also releasing in Tamil as Nayagi and it also marks her first ever attempt in the horror genre.
