Rajinikanth's Next Titled As Kabali In Telugu Too
Superstar Rajinikanth's next in the direction of Pa.Ranjith has been titled as Kabali in Telugu as well. Since Kabali is the name of a person, the makers probably did not find any reason to change it in Telugu. Also, because the project has already become popular with the name Kabali, it is surely a good move to go with the same title in both the languages.
Kalaipuli S Thanu, the producer of the film in Tamil, is releasing the movie on his own in Telugu as well. Check out some of the working stills of Rajinikanth from Kabali in the slides below along with the Telugu posters of the film.
Kabali Telugu
It is known that the Rajinkanth is the only Tamil actor who holds an equally strong fan base in Telugu states and the makers of Kabali too are trying the encash the craze.Though everybody thought there wouldnt be a Telugu version for Kabali as the makers initally did not so any interest in the Telugu market, now it is official that there is a Telugu release too.
Mahadeva
The film initially was rumored to be titled as Mahadeva in Telugu. However, Kabali has been locked.

Malaysia
The film was extensively shot in Malaysia and speaking to Malaysian fans and media before his departure from the country, superstar Rajinikanth apologized to those, with whom he couldn't pose for photographs. This statement has come after the superstar obliged most of his fans for thousands of selfies.

Malaysian fans had organized a grand send-off party to the entire team of Kabali when they came to know that the shooting had reached its final stages in the country. Hundreds of pictures of Rajinikanth with fans are in circulation.

According to the Chennai film sources, the film is slated to release in April but since Tamilnadu elections are going to happen in the month of May and Vijay's Theri is also hitting screens in April, Rajnikanth's Kabali is likely to release after the elections some time in the first week of June. Makers are planning to have a simultaneous release in Telugu and Tamil.
On the other hand, Rajinikanth kick started shooting for Robo 2.0, which is a sequel to 2010's Robo, directed by Shankar.
