Looks like Tollywood has not only evolved in terms of its box office performance, but has also increased its budgets in the last one year. Needless to say, a large slice of these films capitals are going into the pockets of our heroes, while we should also agree that their star image is what that is spinning those extra crores at the box office.

The year 2015 marks a significant year in the 85 years of Telugu film industry, as it has expanded the vicinity of Telugu films as well as the stamina of Telugu stars. Apparently, there was a notable raise in the remuneration of Tollywood star heroes too, which is an interesting change. Mahesh Babu

Superstar Mahesh Babu is apparently charging Rs 25 crore for his upcoming film with Murugadoss and is only next to South Indian superstar Rajinikanth. The actor hiked his pay post the success of Srimanthudu.

Pawan Kalyan

Pawan is reportedly charging something round 22 Cr for a film, while he is also going to share the profits for Sardaar, being one of the producers of the film.

NTR

NTR is reportedly charging around 20 Crs for a film, post Temper.

Prabhas

Prabhas is quoting around 18-19 Cr for a film, if you keep Baahubali aside.

Ram Charan

Ram Charan is said to be pocketing 17 Cr right now, and his pay scale often waver, depending on the budget of the film and other constraints.

Allu Arjun

After having two consecutive 50 Cr films, Bunny hiked his pay to 15 Cr.

On the hand, there was a conflict about who is highest paid actor right now in Telugu, since Prabhas was rumored to have charged more than 60 Crores for the Baahubali franchise and was also in news for receiving a few more crores, post the success of Baahubali The Beginning.

But, it was just only for the case of Baahubali as he has alloted bulk dates and almost 4-5 years of his time including the time taken for the pre-production, production and the post production of both the Baahubali films. Otherwise, the star has been quoting something around 18-19 Cr as his pay.

Apparently, Mahesh Babu is the only star, who is close to Prabhas with a pay scale of 25 Cr for a film. So, the highest paid actor tag is open for a tug of war between Mahesh and Prabhas for now, since many opine Baahubali is an exceptional case, while a few argue Prabhas is ahead of everyone in the industry.
