Aravinda Sametha Week 1 Box Office Collections: Jr NTR Mania Reigns Supreme!
Last year, the dashing Jr NTR became the talk of Tollywood for all the right reasons when his much-hyped action drama Jai Lava Kusa opened to a rocking response at the box office and impressed all and sundry. Directed by KS Ravindra, it featured the Tarak in a triple role and proved to be the ideal gift for his countless fans. With 2017 in the rearview, Jr NTR is currently in the news because of his latest release Aravinda Sametha.
The film hit the screens on October 11, 2018 and opened to a thunderous response at the box office. It remained strong in the days to come and ended Week 1 one on a good note.

Week 1 Collections
According to the latest reports, Aravinda Sametha managed to collect nearly 54 Crore at the AP/TS box office and remained the top pick of the movie buffs. It did fairly well at the international ticket window as well and raked in Rs 11 Crore. Its worldwide box office collections stand at Rs 74 Crore.

The film's impressive first week collections indicate that it is set to become one of the biggest hits of Tarak's career. The star has now delivered a hat-trick of hits and proved that he is the choice of the common man.
The Healthy WOM Does The Trick
The consensus is that Aravinda Sametha is a reasonably well made film and it does justice to Jr NTR's abilities as an actor. Most critics have also said that the film's screenplay is quite engaging and keeps the fans hooked. As such, the WOM is quite positive. And, this seems to have done the trick.
The Way Ahead
The romantic-comedy Hello Guru Prema Kosame hit the screens today(October 18, 2018) . However, being a relatively small film, it is unlikely to affect Aravinda Sametha. In other words, the film is likely to do well in Week 2 as well.
