Devadas Audio Launch: Nagarjuna, Nani, Samantha Akkineni & More Grace This Fun-filled Event

The much anticipated movie for many reasons, Devadas is all set to hit the theatres on 27th of this month, while the audio launch event was held in Hyderabad on the occasion of legendary ANR's birth anniversary. The event was graced by stars involved in the movie, which boasts of King Nagarjuna, Natural Star Nani, Telugu cinema's recent crush Rashmika Mandanna, Akanksha and many others.
Few of the well-known celebrities who also graced the event include some popular names such as T Subbarami Reddy, Amala Nagarjuna & Akkineni Samantha. Let's catch some of the highlights of the event.

Rashmika Mandanna

and

Sriram Adittya
The debutant director seemed very matured and crisp throughout his speech. He thanked producer Aswani Dutt for this opportunity and he considered himself blessed to have won this project. Sriram called Aswani as the most passionate producer who sweats his every drop for a quality product. Sriram called Nag as a charismatic person who generates a positive aura as soon as he enters the sets. He shared some great words about Nani and said he was like his brother. Sriram called his technical team on stage which was a good honour and recognition for the off-screen team.
Akhil Akkineni
One of the chief guests of the event, Akhil was welcomed with a rousing reception from the audience. He stated that he was in awe of his brother's look during the pre-release event of Shailaja Reddy Alludu and it was time for some jaw-dropping expression looking at the fitness level of his father. Akhil reminisced the sweet connect with the Natural Star which goes 10 years back and claimed that the star actor is a sweet person who gels with anyone at ease.
Samantha Akkineni
The new member of the Akkineni clan was caught going gaga over her Mammayya (Nagarjuna) for his dedication and performance. She called Nani as one of her favourite co-stars and wished the entire team a grand success.
Nani
Nani was ridiculed yet backed by Anchor Suma over the ongoing Bigg Boss troll episode. She exclaimed that Nani is in a fix where any word extra from him or no word would cause quite some stir in the social media.
Nani opened up his speech by thanking Nagarjuna for sharing the screen space with him. He stated that the movie's success and its result would not make much of a difference, as Nag's words of appreciation on the young entertainer meant more than any awards and success. Nani revealed that Nag's fitness secret lies neither in his food habits or his routine regime of exercises, but it's because of his motto to stay happy and satisfied all the time.
The Natural Star called Rashmika Mandanna a livewire who is full of energy and infuses the set with a lot of positivity. He heaped praises on the DOP, Shyam, for his commendable work and technical knowledge. Nani was seen ecstatic to have worked in a movie where the music has been rendered by ace music director, Mani Sharma.
Nagarjuna
King Nagarjuna is the all-time Manmadhudu of Telugu cinema and he keeps attesting the tag with every movie. He remembered his legendary father ANR on his birth anniversary and was happy to share the same movie title which was used by his father 50-odd years ago. Nag called Nani as an exceptional performer who emotes and mouths dialogues with ease and it was his long-pending dream to share the screen with the talented actor.
He claimed that the script, production house of Vyjayanthi Movies and Nani as the co-star were three reasons to accept the movie.
Nag was seen sharing a lighter moment when he stated that his daughter-in-law (Samantha) was caught nervous last week when her movie, U-Turn, received extreme positive reviews from critics while her husband's (Naga Chaitanya) Shailaja Reddy Alludu was not on the same page. Samantha was also petrified when the box-office bells for U-turn weren't quite striking as per the expectations. Nag, as an experienced person in the industry and a caring father, comforted the young actress with some assurance, which came true.
The Oopiri actor took his time to rave about every cast and crew associated with the movie and had some good words on the debutant and young director, Sriram Adittya. He said that it is a daunting task to handle so many stars under the same roof and Sriram had done it quite effortlessly.
Devadas features Akkineni Nagarjuna, Nani, Rashmika Mandanna, Akanksha Singh, Kunal Kapoor, Srinivas Avasarala, Rao Ramesh, Vennela Kishore and others. The movie is written by Sriram Adittya and Venkat Pati, while the former has directed the flick. The big-ticket movie is being bankrolled by Aswani Dutt under Vyjayanthi movies and the movie is slated for September 27 release.
