The
dashing
Rana
Daggubati
is
one
of
the
most
popular
and
successful
names
in
the
Telugu
film
industry
today.
The
young
man
enjoys
a
pretty
strong
fan
following
thanks
to
his
good
looks,
charismatic
personality,
sincere
performances
and
friendly
nature.
During
his
fairly
eventful
career,
he
has
starred
in
quite
a
few
big
films
and
this
has
established
him
as
a
bankable
name.
At
present,
the
Ghazi
actor
is
working
on
the
NTR
biopic.
And,
recently
he
shot
for
the
film
at
the
former
CM's
Abids
residence.
While
talking
about
the
NTR
biopic,
Rana
told
a
leading
website
that
the
mass
leader
was
his
favourite
hero
and
added
that
he
learnt
a
lot
about
mythology
because
of
his
films.
He
went
on
to
add
that
shooting
at
his
house
was
an
unforgettable
experience
for
him.
"From
the
time
I
was
a
child
I
was
fascinated
by
NTR,
his
films
and
politics,
his
influence
on
society
and
on
Telugu
as
a
language.
So,
getting
an
opportunity
to
recreate
his
life
was
a
big
deal
for
me.
My
excitement
doubled
when
the
first
call
sheet
I
received
for
this
film
read
'Location:
NTR
residence,
Abids'.
From
that
day
to
walking
into
that
house
was
like
travelling
through
history
and
time
for
me.
It
was
the
same
house
where
NTR
lived,
the
room
where
he
put
on
his
make-up.
It's
been
left
intact,
just
touched
up
a
bit
to
show
what
it
looked
like
back
in
the
day.
Recreating
his
story
in
his
own
home
was
surreal
and
probably
will
be
my
most
memorable
day
in
my
life
in
films," he
added.
In
case
you
did
not
know,
the
NTR
biopic
is
being
directed
by
Krish
and
features
Balakrishna
in
the
titular
role.
In
it,
Rana
will
reportedly
be
playing
Chandrababu
Naidu.
The
film
also
features
Vidya
Balan
and
Sumanth
in
the
lead.
Vidya
will
be
playing
NTR's
wife
in
the
film,
while
Sumanth
will
be
playing
his
grandfather/Telugu
legend
ANR.
The
film
is
slated
to
hit
the
screens
sometime
next
year.
