Not
quite
often
do
we
see
our
heroes
safeguarding
producers
and
distributors
considering
their
financial
position
and
movie
outcome
with
respect
to
box
office
business.
Seldom
do
we
see
top
heroes
honour
commitment
of
movie
to
a
producer
or
refunding
a
portion
of
money
to
distributors
whenever
a
movie
fizzles
at
the
box
office.
Tollywood
has
witnessed
two
heroes
from
the
same
clan
doing
commendable
work.
It
was
a
few
years
back
when
Power
Star
Pawan
Kalyan
had
assured
producer
AM
Ratnam
(Sri
Surya
Movies
Entertainment)
of
a
movie
when
he
was
still
active
in
films.
The
supposed
project
never
took
off
and
the
power
house
stepped
into
full
time
politics
by
quitting
movies
and
thus,
wasn't
able
to
act
upon
his
word.
It
is
now
learnt
that
the
vibrant
actor-turned-politician
had
suggested
Dharam
Tej
to
work
with
AM
Ratnam
to
which,
both
Tej
and
latter
seem
to
be
okay.
It
could
come
in
as
a
much
needed
break
for
either
parties
as
both
AM
Ratnam
and
Sai
Dharam
Tej
are
facing
the
downside
of
their
respective
careers.
Fans
of
Powerstar
have
a
special
liking
towards
Tej
and
a
good
formidable
script
could
do
wonders
for
both
the
actor
and
the
producer.
Hope
Tej
comes
back
to
the
green
line
after
the
rough
patch.
Ram
Charan's
Generous
Act
It
is
known
that
Ram
Charan's
recent
outing,
Vinaya
Vidheya
Rama,
was
a
debacle
at
the
BO
right
from
the
first
show
on
Day1.
Being
made
at
a
whopping
budget,
the
movie
was
sold
for
a
huge
sum
of
90C
worldwide
while
the
movie
ended
up
earning
64Cr.
This
resulted
in
an
overall
loss
of
around
26C
for
distributors
worldwide
which
is
indeed
a
huge
blow
to
the
distributors.
Both
Ram
Charan
&
DVV
Danayya
(The
producer)
have
now
stepped
forward
to
compensate
some
portion
of
the
losses.
The
duo
has
voluntarily
agreed
to
pay
5Cr
each
from
their
end
to
the
affected
distributors
which
would
reduce
the
loss
value
from
26Cr
to
16Cr.
Though
there
is
no
written
rule
in
the
business
of
cinema
to
compensate
for
the
losses,
this
can
only
be
deemed
as
an
act
of
nobleness
for
better
relationship
and
business
in
the
cinema
industry.
Charan
had
even
released
a
press
note
expressing
his
dissatisfaction
&
unhappiness
over
the
movie's
output
and
result
while
he
thanked
his
fans
for
being
appreciative
of
him.
