2018 Everyone Is A Hero aka 2018 movie was released in Telugu and Tamil on May 26. The movie which was written and directed by Jude Anthany Joseph is marching ahead with its success talk just like in Kerala.

The movie is inspired by the real life events of people and their conflicts during the time of Kerala floods. With high on emotions and gripping story telling, the movie is winning applause from all over the country. 2018 also surpassed the 7 year old record set by Mohanlal with his Pulimurugan movie. 2018 is officially the highest-grosser of the Malayalam cinema so far.

2018 Story

The movie depicts the crisis and situations that arise in the lives of Noora, Anoop, Bhasi, Manju, Rameshan, Mathachan, and his son Winston among others as their situation gets worse with the state being hit by floods.

The movie stars an ensemble cast including Tovino Thomas, Kunchacko Boban, Asif Ali, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Lal, Narain, Sudheesh, Aju Varghese, Kalaiyarasan, Harikrishnan, Aparna Balamurali, Tanvi Ram, Sshivada, Janardhan, Renji Panicker, Jaffar Idukki, and Vinitha Koshy among others in key roles.

2018 Crew

Jude Anthany Joseph, who directed the movie co-wrote the script with Akhil P Dharmajan. The movie is produced by Venu Kunnappilly and CK Padma Kumar along with Anto Joseph under the Kavya Film Company and PK Prime Production banners.

The music of the film and background score is composed by Nobin Paul. Akhil George and Chaman Chakko worked as the film's Cinematography and Editor of the film, respectively. The movie so far collected Rs 137 Crore at the Malayalam box office.
