Directed by Om Raut, Adipurush, which was propogated as the movie that is made to entertain the younger generation and showcase them the saga of the Ramayanam, failed miserably in execution. The movie which was made on a budget of Rs 500 Crore, came out and hit the screens on June 16 worldwide with subpar technical and creative accomplishments, inviting the wrath of the people and fans.

Adipurush Cast

In the movie based on the Indian mythological epic Ramayana, Prabhas played the role of Raghava, and Kriti Sanon was seen in the character of Janaki. Saif Ali Khan played the Lankesh, Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Devdatta Nage as Bajrang, and Vatsal Sheth as Indrajit. In addition, actresses Sonal Chauhan (Lankesh's wife Mandodari) and Trupti Toradmal (Lankesh's sister Surpanaka) played important roles in the film.
