Day
10:
Adipurush,
the
epic
tale
of
the
Ramayana
depicted
by
Om
Raut
with
pan-India
star
Prabhas
as
the
protagonist,
was
released
worldwide
on
June
16.
The
movie,
which
was
made
on
a
budget
of
Rs
600
Crore,
is
one
of
the
costliest
films
made
in
India.
Despite
Prabhas
doing
his
bit
sincerely,
the
movie
is
neck-deep
in
controversies
and
is
met
with
criticism
upon
its
theatrical
release.
The
full
video
song
of
Ram
Siya
Ram
has
been
released
as
well
as
ticket
prices
were
also
slashed,
which
added
to
a
bit
of
an
increase
in
the
overall
collection
of
the
movie
from
India.
Adipurush

set
out
on
a
journey
to

with
the

to
rescue
Janaki

Box
Office
After
the
hectic
first
two
days
of
the
Prabhas-starrer
at
the
box
office
with
a
whopping
collection
and
overwhelming
response
to
the
advance
bookings,
the
movie
fell
flat
on
its
very
third
day
at
the
ticket
windows.
It
has
been
like
that
over
the
weekend
and
is
continuing.
