Adipurush Box Office Collection Day 11: Prabhas' Adipurush movie was released on June 16 worldwide in five languages. The movie, directed by Om Raut, was reviewed as a badly made movie on the epic Hindu mythology Ramayana, written by Valmiki.

Made on a budget of Rs 600 Crore, Adipurush is one of the costliest yet wasted opportunities by Bollywood. The poor casting and visual effects, reckless dialogues, and the depiction of Ravan against factual information are a few things that irked the viewer.

Adipurush Story

The epic is the story of Rama, aka Raghav, who embarks on a defining journey from Ayodhya to Lanka in a bid to rescue his kidnapped wife, Sita, aka Janaki. He has to defeat the mighty king of Lanka, Ravanasura, aka Lankesh, with the help of his disciple Hanuma aka Bajrang. The movie is based on the mythological depiction of the same by Valmiki in the Ramayana, a Hindu mythological scripture.

Ticket Price Reduced For Adipurush

Despite many efforts, the makers of the film couldn't survive at the box office from failing miserably. The ticket price for Adipurush was reduced by Rs 112, but the collection on its 10th day is so underwhelming.
