Adipurush Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction: The movie is the epic tale of the Ramayana depicted by Om Raut with pan-India star Prabhas as the protagonist, released worldwide on June 16. The movie, which was made on a budget of Rs 600 Crore is one of the costliest films made in India.

Adipurush stars Prabhas in the role of Rama aka Raghav, who sets out to rescue his kidnapped wife Janaki from Lanka, ruled by Lankesh aka Ravana. The movie was promoted as a Hindu mythological saga that reinstates the spirituality and importance of the religion among the youngsters. However, contrary to what was believed by its makers, the movie became a subject for heavy trolling due to several flaws.

Adipurush Records Highest Openings

The craze was massive for Adipurush and justifably, the advance bookings were huge. On the opening day, the worldwide collection of Adipurush is said to be Rs 140 Crore, officially. In addition, the Hindi belt generated about Rs 35 Crore in terms of revenue from theatrical tickets sale.

More than 1.5 lakh tickets were distributed to people in the Hindi-speaking regions. Also, the producers and distributors of the film have decided to extend about 10,000 free tickets to the less fortunate and government school children.
