Agent Release On April 28: A Look At Pre-Release Business Deets Of Akhil Akkineni's Last Five Films

Akhil Akkineni is gearing up to hit the screens as a trained RAW Agent in his next, Agent. The movie is going to release all over the world on April 28, amid huge expectations from fans.

Agent, which is helmed by Surender Reddy is touted to be a spy action film with heavy action sequences promising an adrenaline rush. The movie stars veteran Malayalam superstar Mammotty in an important role as Colonel Mahadev. Bollywood actor Dino Morea is making his Telugu debut with Akhil's Agent.

In the movie, the three main leads will be seen as RAW Agents. Colonel Mahadev trains the protagonist and the antagonist in the movie. However, things take an ugly twist when one of them decides to go against the system.

The success of Agent is crucial for Akhil Akkineni to hold strong ground as an actor in Tollywood. Out of his five films, only one film was successful at the box office, so far.

Agent Cast

The film stars veteran superstar Mammootty, Bollywood actor Dino Morea, Sakshi Vaidya, Vikramjeet Virk, Denzil Smith, and Sampath Raj among others in crucial roles. Bollywood model and actress Urvashi Rautela will be seen shaking a leg for a special song titled 'Wild Saala,' which was released recently.

Agent Crew

Agent has its story written by Vakkantham Vamsi, who is a writer-director. Another director-cinematographer Rasool Ellore cranked the camera for the film. George C Williams worked on a song. Naveen Nooli worked as the Editor while popular Kollywood music duo Hiphop Tamizha composed the entire soundtrack and score for Agent.

The movie was produced by Rambrahmam Sunkara under the AK Entertainments banner in association with Surender 2 Cinemas. Agent has been shot at various locations in and around Hyderabad, Budapest, Visakhapatnam, and Manali.
