Amigos In Theatres: List Of First Day Collections Of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's Last Seven Movies

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, although born into a family of legendary actor-director-producer-politician late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, has carved a niche for himself in the industry by making his own path. He had a proper cushioning for becoming a Tollywood hero, continuing the rich legacy of his grandfather, father, and uncle, but the actor wanted to keep it real and therefore earned a genuine fan base with his professional choices.

Kalyan Ram, who is known for encouraging new talent and starring in experimental movies has hit the screens with another debut director Rajendra Reddy's action thriller titled 'Amigos.' The Nandamuri actor, son of late Hari Krishna, and half-brother of Jr NTR, often introduces new directors to the Tollywood industry.

Starring Ashika Ranganath as the female lead, Amigos features the 'Bimbisara' actor portraying three different roles of doppelgangers. Siddharth, Manjunath Hegde, and Michael cross each other's paths and become friends. The rest of them help Siddharth to woo Ishika, and find out the most shocking side of Michael, later on.

The movie was met with a mixed response at the box office upon its release on February 10. On the first day, the movie made a business of Rs 2.3 Crore, according to a few news portals. Although the movie didn't receive impeccable reviews like his earlier film Bimbisara did, viewers of Amigos praised Kalyan Ram's performance and the story.
