Animal is the title of Ranbir Kapoor-Sandeep Reddy Vanga's upcoming high-intensity action thriller featuring Rashmika Mandanna. The movie's much-awaited teaser was dropped recently and met with a positive response.

Animal is Sandeep Reddy Vanga's second Bollywood production which will be released in five major Indian languages. The movie Animal will hit the screens on December 1 worldwide.

Animal Premise

Animal revolves around a troubled father-son relationship, set in the backdrop of extreme bloodshed in the underworld which leads to the protagonist turning into a psychopath.

Rashmika Mandanna's EXTRA Remuneration For Animal?

The lady dubbed as the national crush is usually demanding Rs 4 Crore per project be it any language. Being offered a female lead role opposite Ranbir Kapoor is huge for a pan-India film made by Arjun Reddy fame. However, owing to the presence of intimate scenes and lip-locks, Rashmika is rumoured to have charged Rs 20 Lakh per lip-lock, as per a report in Sakshi.

Rashmika Mandanna's Team Quashes Rumours

After the news became viral, it looks like the actress's team has reacted to this rumour. Going by a report in 123 Telugu, they termed this as baseless and that Rashmika didn't charge anything extra for anything in the film.

The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor as Arjun Singh and veteran Anil Kapoor as his father, Balbir Singh. Bobby Deol will be seen playing the role of Vishal Chaudhary, and Rashmika as Geetanjali. In addition, the movie stars Tripti Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, Suresh Oberoi, Babloo Prithveeraj, Siddhant Karnick, Saurabh Sachdeva, Maganti Srinath, Upendra Limaye, Indira Krishnan, Raghav Binani, and Mathew Varghese among others in key roles.

Animal Crew

Animal is written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Amit Roy cranked the camera and Sandeep himself worked as its editor. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani, and Pranay Reddy Vanga together funded the project on a budget of Rs 100 Crore. Pritam, JAM8, Vishal Mishra, and Jaani along with a few other composers worked on the film's tunes. Hashwardhan and Rameshwar composed Animal's background score.
