Baby is the current big thing in Tollywood. Coming from a set of passionate technicians on a decent budget, the movie is now running successfully to full-house theatres after its release on July 14 worldwide.

Starring Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, and Viraj Ashwin in the lead roles, Baby is a sad romantic drama which connects with youngsters of today and depicts the reality of love stories in day-to-day life.

The movie charts the journey of Anand and Vaishnavi, who are a couple deeply in love from class 10. They both belong to a medium-economic group and live in a Basthi. Everything is rosy until Vaishnavi joins an engineering college. There she befriends other students who are into booze and drugs. Under the bad influence, Vaishnavi, who takes a liking to the modern lifestyle goes the new way. Viraj, a rich kid proposes and she couldn't resist. What happens next? is all about Baby.

Vaishnavi Chaitanya Opens About Doing Intimate Scenes With Viraj

Speaking at the movie's success meet, Vaishnavi addressed the question posed about how she felt doing lip-lock and intimate scenes in the movie, and how her parents reacted. Opening up, Vaishnavi said, 'It is very difficult to shoot such intimate scenes. Viraj Ashwin was very supportive during the filming of intimate scenes. He made it comfortable for me along with the unit members. He said, "We shot for many scenes before and think this is just another shot. We are acting in this scene."

Vaishnavi also added, "My parents saw the movie and felt no big difficulty. But here again, the movie is not about our lip-lock scene, it has so many emotions and different aspects. Once you come out of the movie, only emotions are remembered, such is the impact."

Vaishnavi Chaitanya entered the Telugu entertainment industry through her Tik Tok videos. She then ventured into YouTube and acted in some short films. She appeared in a blink-and-miss role in Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo. She was then taken to play the female lead in Baby movie, which brought her theatrical success of this scale.
