Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas: 'I Sent A Video To Samantha & Tamannaah First & Now We Are Close...." Deets In

Actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, who is going to make his Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of Prabhas-SS Rajamouli's 'Chathrapathi,' is involved in promoting the movie extensively.

The 30-year-old Sai Sreenivas is the son of producer Bellamkonda Suresh. When he announced his debut with Samantha as the female lead and Milky beauty Tamannaah for a special song, he raised many eyebrows. For a debutant, bringing on board the two superstars was a great factor.

Sreenivas made his acting debut in Telugu with 'Alludu Seenu' alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the year 2014, shared an interesting detail about the actress and how he approached her, who is already an established star by then.

The movie was released amid decent buzz but remained an average grosser at the box office. He also won the Best Debut Actor award-South for the same.

Meanwhile, Sreenivas starred in films like Jaya Janaki Nayaka, Saakshyam, Kavacham, Sita, Rakshasudu, and Alludu Adhurs. While promoting Chatrapathi, Sreenivas said to a news channel how he managed to impress Samantha and Tamannaah, to cast them in his debut.

He said, "I made a demo video in which I performed dance and enacted a few scenes. I sent it to Samantha and Tamannaah. They were impressed and agreed to star in Alludu Seenu. I am very good friends with them both."

Meanwhile, Chatrapathi will be hitting the screens on May 12. Nushrratt Bharuccha, Sharad Kelkar, Bhagyashree, Freddy Daruwala, Rajendra Gupta, Sahil Vaid, and Shivam Patil among others played important roles in the movie.

The Hindi version is directed by VV Vinayak and was produced under Pen India Limited by Jayantilal Gada, Dhaval Gada, and Akshay Gada.
