Bhola Shankar Box Office Collection Prediction Day 4: Very Bad Start To Megastar Chiranjeevi's Film On Monday!

Bhola Shankar, megastar Chiranjeevi's latest action entertainer hit the screens to an expecting fans and movie lovers. The Meher Ramesh directorial was met with criticism and backlash upon the release.

Bhola Shankar is a remake of superhit Tamil film Vedalam. The movie brings fans and film buffs a refreshing onscreen cast in the form of Chiranjeevi, Keerthy Suresh, and Tamannaah. Keerthy Suresh played the role of Mahalakshmi, Chiranjeevi character's adopted sister in the movie.

The movie was released with high expectations from the people, as Chiranjeevi's earlier film Waltair Veerayya was his career's highest grosser so far.

However, Bhola Shankar is going to end up becoming another Acharya for the veteran as the collections dropped by about 75 % on the very second day, first Saturday itself. Lack of emotional content, gripping scenes, sleazy and age-old comedy, a decade old narration and taking made Bhola Shankar an underwhelming film. Accordingly, the collections have also dipped.

Bhola Shankar Story

Bhola Shankar moves to Kolkata with his adopted sister Radha (Keerthy Suresh) for her education. However, unbeknownst to others, Shankar is also on a personal mission and is a former gangster. Who is Radha? What happened to her family? What is Shankar's agenda? are answered on the big screen.

Along with Chiranjeevi, Tamannaah, and Keerthy Suresh, the movie also features Sushanth, Raghu Babu, Murali Sharma, Brahmanandam, Shawar Ali, Tarun Arora, Vennela Kishore, Sreemukhi, Bithiri Sathi, Satya, Rashmi Gautam, Getup Srinu, Uttej, and Tulasi among others in key roles.

The movie is directed by Meher Ramesh, who also wrote the screenplay. Mamidala Thirupathi wrote the dialogues for Bhola Shankar. Dudley cranked the camera and Marthand K Venkatesh worked as the film's editor. Mahathi Swara Sagar composed the film's background score and music.

Ramabrahman Sunkara and KS Rama Rao bankrolled the movie under the AK Entertainments and Creative Commercials banner. Zee Studios is distributing the movie.
