Bichagadu 2 Box Office Collection Day 9 Prediction: Revenue Plummets For Vijay Antony's Movie After First Week

Although the film's title suggests a sequel to the 2016's super hit film, Bichagadu 2 story is entirely different. The first one was about a dying mother and her son's sacrifice while the latest movie talks about how a man uses power and money to trace out his sister.

The non-theatrical business was decent for Vijay Antony's film and there was adequate buzz for the film's pre-release. Accordingly, the movie made a business of Rs 6 Crore in Telugu alone. The figure is around Rs 15 Crore for all languages from all over the world. The movie was a better success in Telugu than in Tamil Nadu.

However, although the movie earned a mixed response post its release, the collections were remarkably steady and high. After the first week of its theatrical run, with other regional films hitting the screens, patronage for Bichagadu 2 declined.

Vijay Antony also worked on the film's editing along with directing it. The movie was written by Vijay Antony, K Palani, and Paul Antony.
