The first captaincy task inside the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 house concluded and the episode will go on air tonight. For the unversed, the season only began with 14 housemates, who fought to secure the power astra, which makes them a contestant of the season with generous immunity. The first four weeks were about that task.

After the eviction of four contestants, Rathika, Shakeela, Kiran Rathod, and Damini, the season took a new turn. The makers of the show introduced the captaincy task, the staple of all previous Bigg Boss Telugu seasons. For this task, all the previous winners of the power astra task had to give up their immunity.

The three-round captaincy task started with the challenge called 'Gelipinchedi Mi Navve.' The housemates played in pairs in five sets. The next round was an emotional sacrifice round where they had to let go of the letters written from their loved ones, to make their teammate move ahead to the final segment of the task.

The last round of the captaincy task is 'Rangupaduddi Raja.' The contenders should ensure that their clothes do not catch the paint colour of the opponent. The contender who gets less marked by the rest towards the end will be declared the winner, becoming the season's first captain.

Sandeep, Tasty Teja, Prashanth, and Gautham competed for the first captaincy task in the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 house. Among them, Tasty Teja, and Sandeep had become disqualified leaving Prashanth and Gautham in the race.
