Rathika Rose aka Priya, is one of the popular contestants from season 7 of the Bigg Boss Telugu reality show. Although she has been trying hard to make it big in Tollywood, Rathika became a popular face only after entering the Bigg Boss Telugu show.

Rathika's Elimination In Week 4

Rathika attracted the viewers with her physical appearance besides her performance in the tasks during the first two weeks. But, her brush-off with Pallavi Prashanth didn't do her any good. In addition, she has tried to open up and talk about her love and break up with Rahul Sipligunj, who is also a notable celebrity and winner of a previous Bigg Boss Telugu season. All these things led to her elimination from the house in the third week itself.

However, in the special Dussehra episode, the ulta-pulta season brought her back into the house as the contestant who got the least number of votes from the participants of the show. She was expected to stir things up inside the house due to the advantage but this time too, Rathika reserved herself to Sivaji's camp.

Rathika's Parents Open Up About Her Break Up With Rahul Sipligunj

Rathika's parents, who live in a village called Thanduru in Vikarabad district hit the headlines when their youngest daughter of three children re-entered the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 house. A video of Rathika taking blessings of her parents before leaving for Hyderabad to enter the show went viral.

Recently, Rathika's parents are said to have opened up about her love and break up with Oscar Award-winning song's Playback Singer Rahul Sipligunj.

According to a report on Asianet, Rathika's parents said, "Rathika wanted to make a name for herself in the entertainment industry. She wants to become popular. She got an opportunity to perform in the Pataas show. She slowly started getting work and she is passionate about it.

When she was studying Intermediate, he was roped in for a second female lead role in a movie titled 'Ee Janma Neeke,' which was supposed to be helmed by the legendary late Vijaya Nirmala. But unfortunately, the project got shelved."

They added, "When she was working in Hyderabad, she got an offer to act and perform with Rahul Sipligunj in a music video. She did a couple of them. They became friends. Our daughter treats everybody like friends and we thought they were good friends when he came to our house and attended Rathika's sister's wedding. However, the people of our village have started talking otherwise. We didn't know what was happening between them. Now after going inside the house, they are talking about Pallavi Prashanth and Rathika in a bad manner."
