The highly celebrated reality show on the Telugu television, Bigg Boss Telugu entered its 7th season with a promise of uniqueness. Being billed as an ulta-pulta season, the show's host Nagarjuna assured viewers that Bigg Boss Telugu 7 is going to be different from the rest. The show began its first episode on September 3 on the Star Maa Channel.

For the starters, the season 7 began with only 14 contestants entering the house. The wild-card entrants would be joining the other housemates in the later stage. The contestants are a mix of Tollywood, Telegu tv actors, a singer, youtubers, and social media influencers.

The 14 contestants are Priyanka Jain, Sivaji, Yawar, Shakeela, Damini, Subhashree Rayaguru, Aata Sandeep, Shobha Shetty, Tasty Teja, Dr Gautham Krishna, Kiran Rathore, Amardeep Chowdary, Pallavi Prashanth, and Rathika.
