In a recent interaction with her fans, Himaja recollected her struggles during the initial days of her career. She said, "My eyes looked small and people often pointed out my gait. They told me that I wouldn't fit to play any character. I used to cry over it. I was even depressed for a period of time."
She then mentioned, "On one such day, when I underwent a makeup test for one character, my eyes looked bigger and bright. They became the highlight of the entire look. Later on, people started complimenting my eyes." After all this while, I strongly recommend my fans and followers to do what you beleive in and do not consider society as a parameter, concluded Himaja.
Meanwhile Himaja also revealed that she has taken the responsibility of educating three girl children of her driver.
