Chandra Mohan, a popular actor in the Telugu Film Industry, one of the second-generation actors, breathed his last at the age of 82 due to cardiac arrest.

Chandra Mohan is related to Kalatapasvi K Viswanath, who died earlier this year and made an unforgettable mark as a hero, character actor, and personality in Tollywood. The entire industry is mourning the death of Chandra Mohan and condolences are coming in from the fraternity.

Chandra Mohan was versatile and slipped into any kind of role that he played with such ease and conviction. He never looked unmatched to the characters and proved his mettle in playing various kinds of roles be it a hero, a comedian, a villain, a father, a brother, and an on-point character artist.

Following a health complication while working on a film's set, Chandra Mohan refrained from acting and has been battling some issues with his Kidneys for some time.

For portraying the role of the lead character in Sridevi-starrer epic cult film 'Padaharella Vayasu' which was released in 1978, Chandra Mohan won the Filmfare Best Award as an actor in Telugu.
