Naga Chaitanya's latest cop action drama Custody hit the screens all over the world in more than 800 theatres on May 12. The movie is written and directed by Venkat Prabhu a bilingual, who is making his Telugu debut.

The film-goers who watched Custody have come up with a mixed reaction to the film. Although the story and the setting, performances, and scale are highly appreciated, the movie lacked pace and is dotted by unnecessary scenes and drag in narration.
Arvind Swamy's one-liners, clean performance by Chay and Krithi are one of the positive elements of Custody. Surprisingly, the songs are reviewed redundant and bad along with the love track that runs for more than 35 minutes. In total, the movie lacks the necessary punch to make it a must theatrical watch.
Custody Story
Custody, which stars Krithi Shetty as the female lead is a story of a police constable named Shiva. Under his custody is a murderer and gangster Raaju (Arvind Swamy), whom he has to safeguard in order to produce in court. Meanwhile, Raju is attacked and it falls upon Shiva to ensure that Raju is alive. Meanwhile, his love life with Revathi (Krithi Shetty) takes an unexpected turn.
