Dasara Box Office Collection Day 3: Nani's Action-Emotional Film By Srikanth Odela Holds Strong This Weekend

Natural star Nani's latest movie co-written and directed by Srikanth Odela, Dasara, is the big thing in Tollywood right now. Nani, who portrayed the role of Dharani has been showcased in a never-seen-before avatar in this emotional drama. Nani played a different kind of role in his entire career where he is shown as a coward in the first half and then changes to avenge the death of his friend.

Dasara is the story of Dharani, who is best friends with Siddham Suri, played by Dheekshith Shetty, and Vennela. Dharani loves Vennela but when Suri shares that he is in love with Vennela, Dharani immediately decides to sacrifice his feelings, at a very young age. Vennela and Suri grow up to love each other. Meanwhile, Suri and Dharani steal coal from the goods train that passes by their Veerlapally village. A cricket match and bar elections turn their lives around.

The film's soundtrack and tunes were composed by Santhosh Narayanan, who will be making his Tollywood debut, officially. Naveen Nooli and Sathyan Sooryan worked as the film's editor and cinematographer respectively. Jella Srinath, Arjuna Paturi, and Vamsi Krishna P have co-written the story. Sudhakar Cherukuri produced the movie under the Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas banner on a budget of Rs 65 Crore.
