Devara, the most-hyped and awaited action drama of Jr NTR, is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Koratala Siva. The RRR actor joined forces with his 'Janatha Garage' director for an exciting project, yet.

Devara is a special film for the fans of Jr NTR as well as Tollywood owing to its stellar cast and crew. The movie is touted to be an intense action film that is set in the backdrop of a coastal region where people worship their leader as Devara (God).

Janhvi Kapoor is making her south debut with this film for which she charged Rs 4 Crore as remuneration. The movie is being made on a budget of Rs 300 Crore. Jr NTR himself announced April 5, 2024, as Devara's release date.

Going by the latest update, the digital streaming rights of this Jr NTR-starrer have been already bagged by digital streaming giant Netflix India. The movie will only be available on Netflix after its theatrical run. The film's satellite negotiations are still underway. T-Series had acquired the music rights of Devara already.

Devara Cast

The movie stars Jr NTR aka Tarak as Devara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are making their Telugu debut with Koratala Siva's directorial. Saif will be seen playing the role of Bhaira. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors: Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, and Abhimanyu Singh among others playing important characters.

Devara Crew

Koratala Siva is the film's writer and director. Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna are funding the project under their banners Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. R Rathnavelu is cranking the camera, while A Sreekar Prasad is working on its editing. Anirudh Ravichander is on board to compose electrifying music and background score for Jr NTR.
