Rashmika Mandanna enjoys nationwide fame thanks to her successful stint in Tollywood which led her to make it big and better through Bollywood films. The actress rose to popularity through Naga Shaurya-starrer Chalo, a 2018 film directed by Venky Kudumula.

Rashmika Mandanna became an overnight star after the release of Chalo, which became one of the remarkable films of the year 2018. The song 'Chusi Chudangane Nachesave' was unofficially the song of the year and Rashmika later went on to star opposite Vijay Deverakonda in two films Govindam and Dear Comrade. Geeta Govindam's success pushed Rashmika to the top level and brought her opportunities to work with Tollywood's superstars like Mahesh Babu, and Allu Arjun.

Meanwhile, Sreeleela made her Telugu debut with Massraja Ravi Teja's career's biggest hit, Dhamaka 2022. The movie instantly made Sreeleela the most sought-after actress in the industry and she signed nine back-to-back films with all the lead actors in Tollywood.

In a recent interview with a Telugu YouTube channel, actor Naga Shaurya, who introduced Rashmika through his production venture Chalo said, "I saw Sreeleela while traveling in a plane from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. She didn't notice me but I saw her helping out an elderly woman with her seat and luggage. She came across as a sweet girl. But she was the one to star in Chalo in the place of Rashmika. It didn't work out then."

Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming films include Allu Arjun's much-hyped sequel by Sukumar B, Pushpa 2 aka Pushpa: The Rule. In addition, actor-director Rahul Ravindran launched his next directorial with Rashmika, recently. The movie will kick-start very soon.

On the other hand, Sreeleela will be seen with Mahesh Babu in Guntur Kaaram, Extra Ordinary Man with Nithiin, Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan, etc. The chirpy actress is also on a break for two months to focus on her final year MBBS examinations.
