The makers of this mass action entertainer are planning to organize a mega pre-release event in Guntur in the first week of January. Guntur Kaaram is said to become the career's biggest opening film and highest-grosser for superstar Mahesh Babu.

After the second single 'Oh My Baby' earned a negative response from the fans, Mahesh Babu reportedly talked it out with the musician Thaman S and director Trivikram Srinivas. He asked them to come up with the necessary changes and ensure that the rest of the releases reach the expectations.

Accordingly, the promo of the third single from Guntur Kaaram titled 'Kurchi Madathapetti' was released on December 29.
